Laois Electricals main mission is to provide customers with reliable solar PV systems with battery storage and backup socket capabilities. Our goal Is to help customers produce their own energy, reduce their bills and make their investment work for them.
We have completed Solar PV systems of all types all over Ireland and are fully qualified with the SEAI and Safe Electric Ireland.
How Does Solar Work?
The flow of electricity from the sun to the solar pv panels goes to the inverter and the inverter changes the power from DC to AC, it charges the battery power then goes to the fuse board of the house and is sent out to all the circuits in the home.
If the house loads are covered and the battery is full then any surplus power will be sent back to the grid. Any power sent to the grid the home owner will be credited from their supplier.

Solar Panel Installation
Laois Electrical are fully qualified solar panel installers and have installed PV solar panel systems all over Ireland. We provide a robust installation service and a BER energy certificate following completion.
We are fully registered with the SEAI and are able to advise you on the €2400 SEAI grant towards solar panel installation. We handle all communication and necessary paperwork with the SEAI after you have registered.
